Health & Wellbeing Coaching

I truly madly deeply believe that by virtue of the simple fact that you were born, you deserve a Delicious Life:  a life that nourishes you Mind, Body and Soul. 

I also know that as women, we get to a certain age in life and find ourselves juggling a sh*t tonne of competing priorities:

Prepping for a big presentation at work vs lending your ear to the teen’s social media snaffle vs keeping in touch with friends for your own social wellbeing vs catching up on the bills and other life admin vs running the kids to the latest sporting or social engagement vs finally finding the time to do the fruit and veggies shop and having decent food in the fridge vs playing the good daughter card and spending time with your parents vs taking time out for a long bath with soft music a candle or two vs prioritising sleep vs getting to the gym to move your butt because you know damn well it makes you feel better. 

 

I also know that if you’re not careful, it can end up feeling like doing something (anything?) for your own health and wellbeing always seems to be competing against something that (at least feels like) a higher priority. 

What’s with that? 

When did you begin to buy into the belief that the treadmill of day to day life is somehow more important than the our own radiance, passion or vitality? 

And just how did you get so off track from all those dreams you had when you were younger? 

hmmmm …

 

So where do I come in?

Well…. I get a big kick out of helping women get more of what they want in life.  

Less stress. more brain space. 

Less sugar and caffeine addiction. more filling yourself up with life. 

Less inner critic. more self-love.  

Less doubt.  more calm cool confidence.

Less type a control freak. more relaxed, relationship with the world.  

Less emotional eating. more (finally) being comfortable in your skin.  

Less neglect. more mindful self-care.  

Less busy-ness. more grace.  

Above all else, less putting your needs last and more understanding that you (parent, partner, worker, lover, friend, daughter, sister, WOMAN) are the thermostat of your family, your work circle, your community, your friendship group…

and you changing your relationship with self love and self care, consciously and courageously and unapologetically designing a life that nourishes you in turn allows you to parent, to partner, to work, to friend, to offer love, time, energy, support, peace from an overflowing cup and not a bone dry one.

And that’s a deliciously good thing for the entire world.

So, my love, if your plan for 2020 is to take control of your health, change lanes in your career, get to the bottom of why you’re feeling sick and tired, heal your relationship with food, finally let go of the limiting beliefs holding you back from taking that big leap, or living into any other mind, body, soul adjustment, I’m your girl.

Think of me as one part self care coach, one part safe space to get all that stuff off your chest, and one part mindset mentor … then tie all that up with a big, bright cheerleading bow.

My job isn’t to fix you or anything about your life [you don’t need fixing honey – that’s a big fat lie we’ve all been sold].

But it is to provide the safe pace, one set of objective, non-judgemental ears and just enough high quality questions to help you uncover your own answers … and then to hold your hand whilst we keep you accountable to creating what you want to create.

So what exactly do you need to make that one big shift you’ve been dreaming and scheming about, or take some much-needed space for you or even work out what it is you want?

You may only need an hour to brainstorm a plan.

You may need a couple of sessions to step you through some belief busting.

Or you may need a guide to walk alongside you for a few months whilst you step through a major life transition.
